Nia Moving to Heal supports people looking for a gentle approach to Nia® and for those dealing with a wide range of therapeutic issues issues from aging, injury, trauma, grief, short-term to long-term illness.

Learn to slow down and personalize movement to fit your body's way while focusing on the sensation of feeling better move by move, breath by breath. Improve feelings of wellness regardless of physical condition.

Online classes are taught weekly via ZOOM and In Person through Norton Cancer Institute Resource Center.

Tuesday 1:30pm On Zoom and Thursday 1:30pm In Person
All cancer survivors & caregivers are welcome to join these free classes. 

In Person classes on Wednesdays at 10:30am & 11:30am are taught weekly at the Jewish Community Center through the Senior & Active Adult Wellness Department
