What do I need to MELT?
For In Person classes, I provide your tools, but I recommend that you invest in your self-care and purchase your own for ongoing home use! For Zoom MELT Method classes, you will need the MELT Soft Foam Roller and the MELT Hand & Foot Kit (or at least the Large Soft Ball available in the Shine MiniKit) to get the most out of these classes.

For the MELT Hand & Foot Class, you will need the MiniKit.

IN PERSON MELT Classes & Workshops
Maria offers an Intro to MELT almost every month so you can learn the basics of how MELT can help EVERY BODY, and a Specialty Workshop where we will focus on a particular area of the body (e.g. Lower Body, Upper Body or Core).

Each 60 minute MELT Restore class will teach you additional techniques to rehydrate your connective tissue system and create stability in your shoulder & pelvic girdles, eliminating stuck stress in these areas which may relieve neck pain, low back pain, knee pain and many other issues! You will move and feel better and be more grounded and centered after class.

All MELT tools will be provided for these classes. Bring water & a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfy clothes.

MONTHLY MELT

Each 90 minute MELT class will be different but will introduce you to the practice and teach you different techniques to help release tension, reconnect with our connective tissue, create stability in your joints which in turn will allow greater mobility!  See how practicing MELT can improve performance, reduce chronic pain and minimized the stress of daily living!

No experience necessary. All of the moves will be demonstrated and you will be guided through the sequences. All tools will be provided.  Please Register In Advance.
