Get Moving

As an avid student of the body and a movement teacher for more than 20 years, I bring together knowledge and experience from a variety of modalities. More than just a workout, my classes are rooted in the Nia Technique, in which I hold a Second-Degree Black Belt.

My movement classes are designed for everybody and every body – at any stage of fitness and wellness – to unleash your individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life!

Each class experience combines music, mindfulness and dynamic movement to leave you physically energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to energize and enliven well-being in 60 minutes – body, mind, emotion, and spirit – and is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Teaching at the last 3 WILCO's Sky Blue Sky Festivals in Mexico is always thrilling.

Currently, I’m teaching weekly at Lakeside Swim Club and the Trager Family Jewish Community Center in Louisville. I am also honored to teach classes at conferences at the OMNI Louisville Hotel, for our locala hospitals and around the world at music festivals such as Solid Sound and Sky Blue Sky

Please reach out if you’d like to bring a Movement Experience to your community. Moving together brings people together! Find a class!
