REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

NEW FAMILY: You are a "New Family" if you have never taken Music Together before.

RETURNING FAMILY: You are a "Returning Family" if you have taken Music Together for any other semester in any US location.

Tuition must be paid in full with registration or a space will not be held for your child.
If you are planning to attend a free demonstration class, we encourage families to send in registrations before attending a demo, as classes do fill quickly.

Cancellation Policy

Full tuition reimbursement will be given should you decide to cancel after attending a demo.

All other refunds will be given prior to the start of the semester less the new family registration fee.

No refunds will be given after the first day of the semester.

Shine reserves the right to substitute teachers and adjust times and schedules as necessary.

Inclement Weather Class Cancellations

If the weather is bad we will cancel classes.

Please call the office at 502.442.2843. We will leave a message by 8:00 am.

If JCPS has closed school for the day, we will be closed.

If JCPS has a school delay, we will be holding classes on time as scheduled. Any classes cancelled by us will be added at the end of the semester.

Sickness Policy

Please use your discretion. Rule of thumb… Runny noses are usually okay unless they are green and gooey. Do not attend class if your child has thrown up in the last 24 hours or until your child has been fever-free for at least 24 hours. If you have a question, call the office.

Makeup Policy

Two Makeup classes are allowed each semester – to be made up during that semester.

More at the Director's discretion.

Returned Check Policy

There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Other Info

Food/Drink/Toys
Please do not bring any food into the classroom. Drinks, in sippy cups, only if necessary. Nursing or bottle feeding is, of course, allowed; however, before or after class is preferable. Please avoid bringing toys or other items into the classroom.

Tuition

FALL - WINTER - SPRING TUITION for Ten 45-minute classes is:
$160 for new families.
$155 for returning families.
$100 for additional siblings over 8 months.
Infants under eight months are free with registered sibling.

SUMMER TUITION FOR SIX 45-minute classes is:

$110 for new families.
$105 for returning families.
$50 for additional siblings over 8 months.
Infants under eight months are free with registered sibling.

 

Tuition includes 2 professionally recorded CDs, illustrated songbook & parent guide for new families.
