Hooping is a fun and fantastic way to tighten and tone your body, while providing a low impact cardio workout.

all while having fun in a supportive and energetic environment.

All levels are welcome! (yes, even if you haven’t hooped since you were 10!).
We listen to current music and focus on hooping and laughing ourselves into hoopilicious shape!

On Mondays at 7:15pm with Angie Florence, a Hoopnotica Trained Instructor.
